My journey has taken me from a three-time MLB Draft selection and professional baseball player to coaching at the highest levels of professional baseball, building businesses, and leading a nonprofit focused on developing people. Through every chapter, one lesson has remained constant: talent opens doors, but leadership, consistency, and relationships create lasting success.

I've built a network of professional athletes, executives, coaches, entrepreneurs, and community leaders — not because I chased connections, but because I focused on adding value, serving others, and being a person people can trust.
